はじめに
　近年の消化器癌手術，特に血管浸潤を伴う局所進行癌における手術が積極的に行われるようになり，それと同時に，外科医の血管再建のtechniqueが必要となる場面が増えてきている^1）．血管合併切除・再建には腫瘍の血管に対する浸潤長や範囲により，適切にその再建法を選択することが肝要である．
