【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下肝切除は症例を選べば，術中出血量，合併症発生，入院期間などで，開腹肝切除より優れた短期成績を提供できる．
◆第2回コンセンサス会議ではエビデンスに基づく推奨が作成され，これまでに26編の関連論文が発表された．
◆コンセンサス会議の推奨を受け，日本とイタリアで前向き全例登録制度が開始され，腹腔鏡下肝切除のさらなる発展が期待される．
