【ポイント】
◆LaPSARは3D画像シミュレーションを用いた新しいコンセプトの腹腔鏡下肝部分切除である．
◆門脈第3分枝以降の肝領域を1つのunitとして捉え，その組み合わせで肝切除を行う．
◆LaPSARは術中超音波を使わず切除断端を確保でき，また不必要な阻血・うっ血域を作らない合理的な術式である．
