【ポイント】
◆器械吻合，手縫い吻合それぞれの特性（長所・短所）と，その際に使用するデバイスや縫合糸の特徴をも十分に熟知しておくことが大切である．
◆吻合部位やその臓器を考慮し，適切で的確な吻合を行うことが重要である．
◆臨機応変に対応できるよう器械吻合，手縫い吻合ともに熟練しておくことが最も大事である．
