【ポイント】
◆噴門側胃切除術後の再建法は食道残胃吻合（胃管再建を含む），空腸間置法，Double tract法などがあるが，標準再建法はいまだ確立されていない．
◆おもに早期癌に対する術式であり，低侵襲，機能温存が求められる．腹腔鏡下に行うことも多く，手技の簡便性も無視できないポイントである．
◆腹腔鏡下噴門側胃切除術，胃管再建におけるcircular staplerを用いた吻合法につき概説する．
