【ポイント】
◆いくつかのランダム化比較試験が行われているが，Billroth Ⅰ法との比較で，短期・長期成績ともに明らかな差は認めないとする報告が多い．
◆十二指腸断端縫合不全防止のため，断端のステープルラインは埋没する．
◆内ヘルニアの原因となりうる間隙は閉鎖する．
