【ポイント】
◆直腸端側吻合は排便機能，血流の観点で端々吻合より利点をもつとされる．
◆複数の比較試験で端側吻合の排便機能はJ-pouch吻合と差がないと報告されている．
◆器械吻合では直腸側々吻合も縫合不全を防ぐ方法として考慮してもよいと考える．
