【ポイント】
◆自由度の高い開腹の膵頭十二指腸切除では，モノポーラ電気メスが最もその真価を発揮する．
◆モノポーラ使用のコツは，術者と助手の協調動作でカウンタートラクションを作りだし，ピンポイントでの通電で組織の焼け方を観察しながら切離，剝離を行うことである．
◆超音波凝固切開装置，vessel sealing deviceは，止血を兼ねた切離を実現することで，手術のスピードアップに貢献する．
