◆高齢化社会を迎え，非心臓手術においても心血管疾患の合併を考慮し，リスク評価が重要である．
◆術前術後管理で，抗凝固薬とβ遮断薬の管理を綿密に行う．
◆術後心筋梗塞を疑うときは，致死的不整脈の予防と管理，血行動態の保持が重要であり，循環器内科に遅滞なくコンサルトする．
