【ポイント】
◆心房細動，うっ血性心不全，脳血管障害，糖尿病，腎疾患，弁膜症の既往をもつ場合は，周術期に脳卒中が発生する頻度が高い．
◆周術期に脳梗塞が発生した場合，再開通療法を行うには，早期診断が最も重要である．
◆未破裂脳動脈瘤保有者であっても，周術期にくも膜下出血をきたしやすいというエビデンスはないが，周術期の血圧管理には留意する．
