急性呼吸促迫症候群（ARDS）—ECMOを含めて

【ポイント】
◆急性呼吸促迫症候群（ARDS）を起こす病態には直接損傷と間接損傷があり，直接損傷では肺炎，間接損傷では敗血症が多い．
◆ARDSの人工呼吸器管理は，人工呼吸器関連肺障害を引き起こさないような肺保護戦略を考慮したうえで行う．
◆重症ARDSに対してはV-V ECMO（veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation）が適用となることがある．
