【ポイント】
◆急性腎障害（AKI）は軽度の段階から死亡率に有意に関連しており，リスク因子の認識と早期診断，早期介入が重要である．
◆AKIへの「特効薬」は存在せず，①適切な体液量の維持，②適切な腎灌流圧の維持，③腎毒性物質の回避が基本である．
◆腎代替療法を要する絶対基準は存在するが，導入のタイミング・治療法・治療強度に明確な推奨はないのが現状である．
