◆下縦隔郭清終了後には左右胸膜・心囊・大動脈を露出する形となることをイメージする．
◆右側ではinfracardiac bursaが認識でき，ここで右胸膜を視認しやすい．
◆No. 3aとNo. 3bの郭清境界の設定は胃前壁側で行わざるをえない．
