【ポイント】
◆漢方薬は日本独自の伝統医薬であり，西洋薬と併用して処方できるのは日本の医師だけの特権であり，厚労省からも積極的に使用することが推奨されている．
◆頻用されている漢方薬のエビデンス構築は最高エビデンスレベルⅠaまで到達しているものもあるが，十分でなく，新たな統計手法による解析が注目されている．
◆漢方薬のエビデンスレベルは向上し，診療ガイドラインに収載されるようになってきた．エビデンス構築に新たな手法として，システムズバイオロジーが注目されている．
