【ポイント】
◆漢方は癌診療において周術期，化学療法の副作用軽減，抗腫瘍効果，緩和医療など，すべての局面において重要な役割をもつ．
◆近年，漢方の作用機序の解明とともに，癌診療における漢方の第Ⅱ，Ⅲ相試験が実施され，エビデンスが蓄積されてきている．
◆今後，西洋医学と漢方医学を含めた東洋医学を統合した，EBMに基づいたオーダーメイド治療の確立が求められる．
