【ポイント】
◆がん治療にあたっては栄養療法を行うことが重要であるが，漢方は栄養療法に対して補完的に効果を発揮する．
◆上部消化器癌治療（手術・化学療法）においてはグレリン機能低下症が問題となり，栄養療法が必須である．
◆六君子湯は活性型グレリン割合を増加させると同時に消化管運動を改善させ，栄養療法を補完する．
