胃癌による胃切除術後における漢方薬の効果

【ポイント】
◆六君子湯は胃切除術後の食欲や食事摂取量を増加させ，術後消化器愁訴や栄養状態に関する有用性が示唆される．
◆茯苓飲は胃切除術後の吻合部粘膜浮腫を改善し，狭窄症状に対して有効性が報告されている薬方である．
◆大建中湯は腸管運動を促進し，胃全摘術後の消化管運動機能障害に対して有用であると考えられる．
