【ポイント】
　肝臓癌患者の周術期管理において，
◆術後肝不全が危惧される大量肝切除時には，門脈血流維持とbacterial translocation予防のために大建中湯が積極的に用いられている．
◆術後肝不全が危惧される大量肝切除時や術後高ビリルビン血症において，肝細胞保護効果と利胆作用を期待して茵蔯蒿湯が用いられている．
◆高齢者には特に，術後せん妄予防に抑肝散を術前より用いる．
