◆膵癌領域において，高いエビデンスレベルで有効性が示された漢方療法は依然ない．
◆大建中湯と茵蔯蒿湯は膵臓癌の周術期管理で使用されることが多い．
◆膵癌領域で使用される漢方薬の臨床的有効性を証明する臨床試験の継続が期待される．
