【ポイント】
◆近年，皮膚温存乳房切除術と同時乳房再建術を受ける症例が急速に増加している．
◆乳がんに対するエキスパンダーによる同時再建術が2014年から保険適用となった．
◆本術式は，乳房温存術が適応とならなかった症例を救済し，強く変形した乳房を減らすことに役立つ．
