センチネルリンパ節生検と腋窩リンパ節郭清

【ポイント】
◆リンパ節転移の状況は予後予測因子であり，薬物治療の効果予測因子ではない．
◆N0乳がんでは，センチネルリンパ節転移陰性のみならず，リンパ節転移が2個以下であれば術後の薬物治療と放射線治療によってリンパ節再発が予防されるので，腋窩リンパ節郭清は不要である．
◆N1以上の乳がんでは，腋窩リンパ節郭清が標準治療である．
