【ポイント】
◆大腸ステントは，経肛門的イレウス管に比べ留置成功率，減圧成功率ともに同等以上である．
◆大腸ステントは，経肛門的イレウス管に比べ良好な減圧効果から口側腸管の拡張を改善させ，術後腸管麻痺を遷延させない．
◆両減圧法とも穿孔などの合併症が発生し，長期予後も不明であるため十分な準備と説明が不可欠である．
