【ポイント】
◆ステント留置は少ない侵襲で腸管減圧が可能である．
◆外科的治療は腸管減圧の技術的成功率が高く，晩期合併症率が低い．
◆ステント留置は術後早期にメリットが多いが，晩期合併症率が高い．
