【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下幽門側胃切除術はcStage Ⅰの胃癌症例に対する標準治療の選択肢の一つである．
◆進行胃癌における腹腔鏡手術の適応は，現時点では推奨する根拠に乏しい．
◆cStage Ⅰの胃癌症例に対する腹腔鏡下胃全摘術・噴門側胃切除術も標準治療の選択肢の一つになる可能性が高い．
◆標準治療の選択肢となる症例でも，実臨床での適応は各施設で慎重に決められるべきである．
