食道胃接合部癌

【ポイント】
◆食道胃接合部腺癌は，食道浸潤“胃癌”と区別して扱っていくべきである．
◆長径4 cm以下の腫瘍であれば，No. 4，5，6リンパ節は予防的郭清を行う腫瘍学的意義は少ない．
◆長径4 cmを超えた場合は，食道・胃への浸潤距離に応じた術式選択がされるが，未解決な課題が多いところである．
