【ポイント】
◆胃癌術後補助化学療法の標準治療はS-1あるいはCapeOXである．今後はS-1＋ドセタキセルも含め，各レジメンの使い分けが必要である．
◆術後補助化学療法後早期の再発に対する化学療法は，少なくとも薬剤を変更して行うことが適切と考えられる．
◆SP療法による術前化学療法は，高度リンパ節転移を有する症例において有効と考えられるが，今後さらなるエビデンスの蓄積が必要である．
