●術前に3D-CT angiographyなどにて，左結腸動脈の走行およびRiolan arcadeの有無について確認しておくことが重要である．
●内側アプローチで下行結腸間膜を広範に後腹膜から剝離しておくことが，安全に左結腸の授動を行うコツである．
