●肝動脈の解剖学的破格である置換右肝動脈（ReRHA）は約15%に認められ，膵頭十二指腸切除（PD）を行う場合には術前のCT画像でReRHAの有無を確認しておく必要がある．
●ReRHAが温存可能か，合併切除が必要かを術前に確認し，合併切除する場合は肝血流を維持するための対策を講じておく必要がある．
