●Treitz靱帯は十二指腸壁から連続して移行する筋束でありSMA起始部左側壁に付着する．
●第1，第2空腸動脈はTreitz靱帯を切離することで左側に展開しやすくなる．
●Treitz靱帯の背側は左腎静脈である．
