DP-CARで留意すべき左胃動脈のバリエーション

●切離予定の動脈だけでなく，門脈系静脈を含む主要血管をテーピング確保し，安全に腹腔動脈にアプローチする．
●術前画像診断により，動脈周囲神経叢浸潤の最先進部を決定し，適宜術中迅速組織診断を行い，左胃動脈起始部方向か，腹腔動脈根部方向かの剝離ラインを決定する．
