◆潰瘍性大腸炎における大腸癌サーベイランスは普及し，各国の学会からガイドラインが発表されている．
◆ターゲット生検がランダム生検よりも費用対効果の面で優れ，色素内視鏡が推奨されている．
◆クローン病では癌の早期発見が難しく，専門家から新しいサーベイランス法が提案されている．
