【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下大腸全摘術・回腸囊肛門（管）吻合は術後疼痛軽減，入院期間短縮，整容性に優れた術式の1つである．
◆血管処理の工夫，手順の定型化により手術時間の短縮が可能である．
◆小腸間膜の十分な剝離と肛門側からのpush back methodがLap IPAAには重要である．
