【ポイント】
◆骨格筋量の減少であるサルコペニアは，膵癌患者の新たな栄養指標として注目されつつある．
◆サルコペニアの膵癌患者では，術後死亡率・合併症発生率が高く，長期の予後も不良とする報告が多い．
◆膵癌患者の栄養状態を評価する有用な指標としては，そのほかにCONUT，PNI，GPS，アルブミンなどがある．
