【ポイント】
◆消化管ステントはpalliativeな狭窄解除だけでなく，術前の腸管減圧にも用いられ，栄養状態の維持に有用である．
◆肝門部の金属ステント留置はSBSとSISの2つの留置法があり，専用のステントが市販されている．
◆超音波内視鏡を用いた新たなドレナージ法が開発され，手技の発展とともに対応するステントの開発も進んでいる．
