【ポイント】
◆代表的な栄養瘻として，食道瘻，胃瘻，空腸瘻がある．
◆胃瘻造設術としてPEGが第一選択である．
◆胃瘻カテーテルは，感染，交換などで画期的な改良がなされた．
◆最近，症例を選んで胃瘻造設術や空腸瘻造設術に腹腔鏡が用いられるようになってきた．
◆胃瘻造設ができない場合でも，PTEGで栄養瘻が造設できるようになった．
