【ポイント】
◆食道癌におけるCRTは臓器温存が可能で高い奏効率が得られるが，局所の遺残・再発がしばしば問題になる．
◆レザフィリンPDTは，食道癌CRT/RT後の局所遺残再発に対するサルベージ治療として安全かつ有効である．
◆レザフィリンPDTは，遺残または再発病変が筋層までにとどまり，内視鏡的切除や手術が困難な症例に適応となる．
