幽門狭窄に対する内視鏡的金属ステント留置術

【ポイント】
◆幽門狭窄への内視鏡的ステント留置術は，胃空腸バイパス術と比較し，低侵襲で早期の経口摂取を可能とするが，ステントが有効である期間は短い傾向にある．
◆幽門狭窄症例は，腸管の複数の狭窄や蠕動不良が存在する可能性があり，癌の全身の拡がりを十分に把握しておく必要がある．
◆幽門狭窄に対する治療法については，患者に期待される予後や治療の目的を考慮したうえで，外科医師および内科医師による十分な議論を経てから決定することが望ましい．
