◆胆管結石や胆道炎の内視鏡治療は，ERCP関連手技が標準手技である．
◆バルーン内視鏡の登場により，術後再建腸管の内視鏡的結石治療が可能となった．
◆超音波内視鏡ガイド下手技により，胆管挿管困難例や再建腸管での治療の選択肢が広がった．
