【ポイント】
◆様々な原因により胆道狭窄は生じ，ひとたび胆汁うっ滞や胆管炎となれば重篤な状態に陥るため，適切な初期治療が肝要である．
◆胆道狭窄の治療はバルーン拡張術，胆道ステント留置術，磁石圧迫吻合，外科的治療など多岐にわたる．
◆胆道狭窄のなかでも胆管消化管吻合部狭窄に対し，新しい治療法としてEUS下胆道ドレナージ術，特に順行性アプローチ（EUS-AG）が試みられている．
