【ポイント】
◆主膵管・副膵管の灌流パターンから，腹側膵芽と背側膵芽が癒合後にさらに広がって成長し，オーバーラップしていることが考えられる．
◆後膵動脈は，腹腔動脈系と上腸間膜動脈系の中間的な動脈と考えられ，その起始にはバリエーションが多い．
◆膵頭部に至る神経は平面的に広がって分布するというより，厚みをもった立体的な層構造を成す複雑な様式をもつと考えられる．
