【ポイント】
◆膵頭十二指腸切除術の際，はじめに流入動脈である後下膵十二指腸動脈を結紮することで術中出血量は減少する．
◆後下膵十二指腸動脈へのアプローチは前方アプローチ，Treitz靱帯アプローチ，右側アプローチがある．
◆背側膵動脈は脾動脈からの分岐がもっとも多い．
