【ポイント】
◆PDの目標は，対象疾患に応じた系統的所属リンパ節郭清とR0切除の達成，根治性と術後合併症軽減である．
◆それらの目標を達成するために，上腸間膜動脈（SMA）・腹腔動脈-肝動脈（CA-HA）周囲神経叢・リンパ節郭清の程度を段階的に調整し，適切な郭清を行うことが重要である．
