mesenteric approachでは，
◆膵頭部癌手術においてもっとも腫瘍遺残の可能性がある上腸間膜動脈周囲の郭清を確実に行うことができる．
◆手術の序盤にR0手術の可否，門脈合併切除・再建の可否を決定できる．
◆再建門脈の緊張緩和が得られる．
