【ポイント】
◆機能温存術後の機能評価には消化管運動収縮検査などの生理学的評価も必要となる．
◆消化管収縮は常に一様に動いているわけではなく，空腹期と食後期で収縮波形態が異なり，術後早期には正常な収縮は起こらない．
◆目的とする器官を温存しても，その機能が正常に働くとは限らない．
