【ポイント】
◆根治性と機能温存の観点から，家族性大腸腺腫症に対して大腸全摘・J型回腸囊肛門吻合術が標準術式とされている．
◆肛門側操作で確実な粘膜切除と括約筋温存を心がけることで根治性と機能温存が両立される．
◆1期的手術や腹腔鏡手術の有用性が期待されるが，いまだ十分なコンセンサスを得たものではなく，専門性の高い術式であるという認識をもつことも必要である．
