H. pylori陰性時代の胃癌の動向と外科

はじめに
　WarrenとMarshallがHelicobacter pylori（以下HP）の発見を報告したのは1983年であった^1）．30年後の2013年，日本でHP感染胃炎に対する除菌治療が保険収載された．これですべてのHP感染が除菌治療の対象となった．「H. pylori陰性時代」の到来である．
　しかしこの変化が，胃をめぐる疾病構造や社会全般に与える影響はまだわからない．本稿では，「H. pylori陰性時代」の胃癌の動向と外科に関し，占ってみたい．
