■病歴と身体所見
　先日，念願だった急性虫垂炎の執刀を初めて経験し，その日は興奮のあまり眠れませんでした．そんな外科医としての自覚が芽生え始めた頃，今日もまた救急室から腹痛のコンサルトがありました．やはり，僕は外科医になるべき運命のもとに生まれてきたのでしょうか？
