上部消化管穿孔・下部消化管穿孔

　消化管穿孔は，潰瘍，憩室，腫瘍などが原因で，消化管に“穴”があく病態であり，多くの場合，強い腹痛を主訴に来院します．今回は，外傷や異物による消化管穿孔を除く，上部消化管（胃，十二指腸）穿孔と下部消化管（大腸）穿孔に関して説明します．
