【ポイント】
◆非膵癌腫瘍であるIPMN，MCN，P-NET，SPNに対する手術適応および縮小手術の適応は，いまだ議論の余地がある．
◆機能温存を目的とした縮小手術は，リンパ節郭清が不十分となり，また合併症の頻度が高いと報告されている．
◆縮小手術の適応に関しては，特にリンパ節郭清の必要性を十分に考慮し，疾患ごと，症例ごとに決定する必要がある．
