【ポイント】
◆膵液漏に対する対策および予防法は様々に報告されているが，いまだ確立されたものはない．
◆ISGPFの新しい定義では，旧定義のGrade Aが“Biochemical leak”に変更された．
◆膵液漏は，胃内容排出遅延，腹腔内出血，腹腔内膿瘍など，その他の合併症の発生にも関連することがある．
